Nghiên cứu tác dụng của dịch chiết HHKV đối với hoạt động thần kinh

HHKV is the extract of Polygonum mutiflorum Thunb, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, Lonicera japonica Thunb and Vigna radiata L. In the study, we used HHKV extract for rats, mice orally. All rats and mice were divide into 3 groups. Group 1: drink HHKV with dose 2g/kg body weight / day. Group 2: drink Gibola with dose 2mg/kh body weight / day (for mice), 4mg/kg body weight / day (for rats). Group 3: drink water. This streatment is applied continuosly for 14 days. After that, we train conditional reflex for mice and rats. The results show that HHKV increases the memory of mice and rats. However, the effects of Giloba is better than HHKV in some tests. On the other hand, concentration of malonyl dialdehyd in nerve cells of drunk HHKV is lower than mice drunk water. So HHKV limit lipid peroxydation of nerve cells...

Surface Modification of Polyacrylonitrile Membrane Through Photochemical Graft Polymerization of Acrylic Acid Authors:  Tran, Thi Dung Ngo, Hong Anh Thu Vu, Thi Quyen Pham, Thi Phuong Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) membrane has been prepared by phase inversion method and subsequently modified by surface grafting polymerization of acrylic acid (AA). The influence of the surface modification on membrane properties hasbeen investigated through the surface characteristics and separation performance. The experimental results indicated that the grafting polymerization of AA leads to the reduced membrane skin pore size and the lower surface roughness. The separation performance of the modified PAN membrane is highly impoved due to the enhanced flux and the higher protein (BSA) retention; the antifouling property of membranes is also improved compared with that of the unmodified one... Molecular-field Molecular-field Study on Sn Substituted Yttrium Iron Garnet Authors:  Nguyen, Phuc Duong Samples with the compositions Y2.9Ca0.1Fe4.9Sn0.1O12 and Y3Fe4.9Sn0.1O12 were prepared by using a sol-gel technique. The influence of the substituted non-magnetic cations with different valences in the structural and magnetic properties was studied. X-ray diffraction and field-emission electron scanning microscope techniques were used to study the crystal structure and morphology. Magnetization curves in fields up to 10 kOe and in temperature range from 80 K to 570 K were measured by means of a vibrating sample magnetometer. Saturation magnetization as a function of temperature of the two samples was analyzed based on the molecular-field theory from that models for site occupancy and valence states of cations in the crystal structures were derived... Đánh giá tính đa dạng thảm thực vật ở khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên Mường Nhé Bài báo này trình bày kết quả điều tra thảm thực vật ở KBTTN Mường Nhé, các quần xã thực vật được mô tả trong 5 kiểu: Rừng kín thường xanh mưa ẩm nhiệt đới (chỉ gồm các phân kiểu thứ sinh nhân tác), Rừng thứ sinh nửa rụng lá hơi khô nhiệt đới; Rừng kín thường xanh mưa ẩm á nhiệt đới (gồm cả các phân kiểu thứ sinh nhân tác); Rừng kín thường xanh mưa ẩm á nhiệt đới hỗn giao cây lá kim và Rừng rụng lá hơi khô á nhiệt đới (chỉ gồm phân kiểu thứsinh nhân tác) và các quần xã cây trồng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy hiện nay rừng kín chỉ có ở vành đai á nhiệt đới. Hai trạng rừng rụng lá và nửa rụng lá vào mùa đông đem lại sắc thái riêng cho Mường Nhé và Tây Bắc. Nếu được bảo vệ để tái sinh, phục hồitự nhiên thì các kiểu rừng kín sẽ có nhiều hy vọng phục hồi và thảm thực vật của Mường Nhé sẽ đạt được trạng thái ổn định nhất, góp phần không nhỏ cho công tác bảo tồn đa dạng sinh học...
